Therefore Shiatsu is a system of bodywork. James uses a system of Bodywork which combines Remedial Swedish Massage, Acupressure and Osteopathic Mobilisation & Manipulations. The techniques of Bodywork is to gently massage, stretch stimulate and tone the body and to relax the mind, by its effects on all the systems of the body.
